Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri - 5.30pm to 7pm Sat - 7am to 8.30am
Youth Group
Mon - Fri 5pm to 7pm
Sat - 7am to 8.30am

Red Dot Penguins’ Race Team is the competitive program headed by ex-NTC coach Malcolm Chua and supported by coaches who have produced swimmers to represent Singapore. We are industry-leading in using age-appropriate training plans, enabling us to introduce the sport of competitive swimming to children as young as 5 years old.
Skills such as race starts, turns and underwaters are taught alongside dynamic warm-ups and foundational strength and conditioning work for the young ones, preparing them not just physically, but mentally for the challenges ahead.
