Mon, Tues, Thurs - 6pm to 7pm
Sat - 7am to 8.30am

Learn-To-Train Squad
Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri - 5.30pm to 7pm Sat - 7am to 8.30am
Youth Group
Mon - Fri 5pm to 7pm
Sat - 7am to 8.30am

Training takes place at SLC@Bt Merah.
*The Race Team will move to our ACS (Barker Rd) pool from 15 Dec 2025.
Red Dot Penguins’ Race Team is the competitive program headed by ex-NTC coach Malcolm Chua and supported by coaches who have produced swimmers to represent Singapore. We are industry-leading in using age-appropriate training plans, enabling us to introduce the sport of competitive swimming to children as young as 5 years old.
Skills such as race starts, turns and underwaters are taught alongside dynamic warm-ups and foundational strength and conditioning work for the young ones, preparing them not just physically, but mentally for the challenges ahead. Participate in swim meets and training camps, both local and overseas, with teammates and friends.
